This apartment is set in the perfect place for golfers and beach lovers alike, fantastic views over golf course but only a few mins walk to beach & bars! no climbing up the hill to this apartment. Fully air-conditioned, private underground parking with personal bay.Huge lounge containing TV, dvd player and video. now with digital radio & free Wi-Fi.

The lounge now has two new large sofas as of jan 2019, plus many more updated items.

A real home from home, we even have a selection of books, games, and dvds for you to use. new I pod docking station.. This apartment is huge set over two floors with 3 full bathrooms and a guest toilet, so we actually have 4 toilets in property.

Set amongst tropical gardens, with clover leaf shaped pool and separate children's pool. There are sun loungers for your use and showers and toilets are located by the poolside. The whole complex is secured by electric gates and a night patrol.

Response from the owner We are sorry to hear your stay was not what you expected, I have made sure that the issues you faced are sorted, I have no idea why the towels and sheets were sub standard? And have informed my management company so this does not happen again! Regards Terrace, it is not massive but has 6 chairs and is adequate for most families, sorry for very late response, as not been renting out recently, but should have responded sooner.

Found your apartment in a great location and the owners were very helpful . The apartment was well equipped clean and spacious everything we needed.. we highly recommend it and would have no problem returning again. The complex was very secure and immaculate. Great pool as well.

“A fantastic apartment on a fantastic complex.”

Firstly I would like to say that all communications with the owners from my initial enquiry through to our return were excellent. All of my questions were answered in full and in a timley fashion and any requests I made were accomodated. The apartment was exactly as described and in excellent condition. We visited between the 22.07.11 and 05.08.11 as a group of 4 adults and 3 children. The apartment was clean and well furnished with every item we required. The airconditioning in the apartment can be controlled seperatley on the two floors which was also very useful. The complex itself is fantastic and in an excellent location. The pool is excellent for all ages and along with the grounds is well maintained. You are located only a matter of a 2 minute walk from beach and the marina with its many bars and restaraunts. I would highly reccommend the apartment as an ideal family holiday and we are actually considering a return in 2012. Mr C Farrell

the apartment was clean and everything you needed was there even down to a corkscrew - Mercado (Supermarket) were in the port or 5 minutes up the road, but remember they are closed on Sundays, the only one open is on the main road, by the roundabout, in Sabinillas
