Welcome to Casa Sian, our lovely authentic white Air Conditioned Spanish apartment, in Tropcana Punta Lara Nerja, nestling where the mountains meet the sea, and overlooking, the blue Mediterranean, in Nerja, the most beautiful place on the Magnificent Costa Del Sol. The Villa has a free WIFI fibre high speed (60MB) internet connection.
The apartment is a lovely first floor duplex apartment with a large terrace overlooking the street. There are a set of steps leading to the main entrance door to this well-maintained and immaculate Villa. This terrace is equipped with beautiful furniture table and chairs for al fresco dining when you can make use of the new gas BBQ for most months of the year. At night, this terrace becomes a wonderful outdoor area, with the starlit night sky above, and the twinkling lights of the fishing boats on the sea, and of course, the fantastic reflection of the moon on the water…..hard to describe in words, but is always more beautiful in reality…..
There are 2 double bedroom both have air conditioning and ceiling fans. The large lounge has a wood burning stove for the cooler evenings in the winter months, there is also a ceiling fan in the lounge. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge so 5 people can be accommodated.
Here in Nerja you have everything! Mountains, sea, beautiful views everywhere you look; the old town of Nerja boasts wonderful restaurants, pavement café’s, wonderful tapas bars to sample authentic Spanish dishes - a truly lovely place to stay…..
Also, from here, it is easy to visit the city of Malaga - beautiful with it’s magnificent Cathedral, the Picasso Museum, whitewashed streets, and Piazzas where you can take in fantastic shopping or just sit and watch the world go by in any of the authentic cafés, bars and restaurants. Granada, Seville, Cordoba, and Ronda, are also within easy reach, and boast the most wonderful architecture and views.
The beautiful community pool is reserved for the exclusive use of the residents of Tropicana and its small community and therefore never crowded and is approximately 150 Mtrs from the apartment.. There is also a club restaurant and bar area where if you wish to be entertained it is provided regularly throughout the summer months.
The villa is approximately 5 minutes walk from the beach where there are restaurants and water sports and a mini market. The beach is illuminated at night and is popular walk into Nerja town. There is an excellent bus service to and from the town and taxis are always available.
