Description

This brand new 63 m2 Condo in the Muong Thanh Oceanus building is located in the traffic-calmed north of the city. Only 1 minute walk to the beach just cross the road!

The apartment is on the 39th floor high above any other building nearby. That benefits amazing ocean and city view surrounded by the hilly scenery.

Here the sea is calmer than on the touristy Tran Phu beach, therefore very suitable for children.

The apartment is fully furnished thus ideal for a longer stay. Everything is as good as new. The rooms are air conditioned. The apartment does fully match the photos.

In the living room is a couch with two upholstered stools and a coffee table. The Samsung 49 inch Full HD smart TV can access the internet, YouTube and your Netflix account.

The well fitted kitchen is fully equipped with induction stove, double sinks, microwave, fridge, rice cooker, cooking utensils, pots, pan, kettle, mugs and glasses, kitchen table and four chairs.

Both bathrooms have a sink, bathroom fittings and mirror, lavatory and hot shower.

Washer and drying rack are situated on the balcony. Additional equipment features fan, shoe cabinet, broom, mop, detergents.

The “MCR Luxury Hotel Nha Trang” and the "Volga Condotel" is located in the same building.

No noisy beach bar, club or karaoke nearby. In addition, the apartment is high above the street and therefore it is well separated from traffic noise. However, the building is brand new and interior works in some apartments are in progress. This can lead to occasional noise emissions, but the dominant soundscape is the ocean and the lovely waves.

The building has 40 floors and there are eight elevators. At the check-in you will get a chip card for the elevator. For security, the chip cards are programmed only for the corresponding floor.
