Description

De luxe chalet apartment with 2 bedrooms built-in closet ,living, small dinning area,american style kitchen fully equipped,bar in quartz and a large balcony. On the Bloc A 3rd floor with a nice sea view.The chalet has electrical cheminee, microwave oven,fridge wz freezer,50inch Smart TV 3D, electrical blinders, washing machine & stove. A/C in all rooms, underground parking, wi-fi, 24hrs electricity.

Access to the pool for the entire family and friends during summer. Security 24hours.

The chalet apartment is inside a large and well maintained Resort, it offers a small kids play area, nice gardens, a pub restaurant on the ground floor and a nice pool and restaurant on the roof (during summer). It has a hairdresser and due to its comfort and security it is a great place to spend your vacation or even for a long stay period.

The area is 15 min by car to Beirut Downtown, 15 min by car to Jounieh Center. Kaslik shopping area is 5 min away by car.

P.S :Book via the platform as the policy I choose is to pay the entire commission instead of the guest. Therefore booking via the platform is much convenient to YOU.

P.S : The electricity, the WiFi and the generator are INCLUDED in the price if booked through Airbnb platform only. Many other properties these days, don’t include the generator in the price of rent cause it's extremely expensive. Très bel appartement bien Agencé mais beaucoup de bruit dû au moteur de la climatisation juste devant la porte... Difficile de dormir avec autant de bruit
