This gorgeous villa is set in the second line to the beach but it actually has a small park outside where any. construction is not allowed which gives you sea views. Less than 5 min walk to the port of Cabopino! This Luxury Classic Style cozy villa is distributed through one level and it is set only 3 minutes away from Cabopino Port where all restaurants, bar, beach sea food chiringuitos and other entertainment.

The house is built 350 sq m and the land plot is 1200 sq. m. The villa enjoys a large private swimming pool, a barbecue area, a garage for 3 cars.

The villa counts for 4 bedrooms each one with king-size double beds, 3 bathrooms, a large living room with an exit to the roofed terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with a toaster, electric tea pot, mixer, a storage room. There are unobstructed sea views from the terrace and from almost anywhere in the house.

There are also barbecue set, internet, TV, safe box, alarm, hair dryer, iron, washing and drying machines and many more to add to your safety and comfort. A very-well developed infrastructure around, there is a famous Andy's Beach just nearby. Distance to Marbella centre: 10 min drive. Distance to the airport: 30 min drive.

Everything is very well maintained.

A great place for relaxed vacations in comfort. In the cold season we can heat the swimming pool for extra €250 for your stay.

Important to know: a refundable security deposit of 1000 € is mandatory upon arrival and is refunded upon departure.
