Hello, everyone. We are Miyabi team and all staffs are Japanese.

We love to support our guests' travel.

・Nijo-castle : World Heritage is only 10 min walk way

・Kiyomizu temple, Gion Area : Using the bus is the easiest way

・The bus stop is located in Shijo-Karasuma, 20 min walk away

・Nishiki-food market : Market street that you can experience local Japanese street foods. Only 20 min from the house.

We can recommend some restaurants which are located near the house, and famous restaurants in Kyoto. We can also make reservations for you if you have any restaurants you are interested in.

※There is a main entrance on the first floor, then there are two entrances for the first floor rooms and the second floor rooms.

※As access to the second floor is by stairs if one of you has a physically we recommend to sleep on the first floor.

※Please let us know the number of people correctly.

If the number of people is different from the number you actually book with, we will charge you extra.

Person not registrated for accommodation must refrain from staying overnight in the room.

Beautiful and cozy apartment - has everything you need! Nice and clean rooms! Coffee and tea in the functional kitchen. The Miyabi-team was very kind and helpfull at all times and they were quick to answer any questions we had! Our family had the perfect stay at this wonderfull AirBnB close to the City center of Kyoto and close to metro station as well! We highly recommend this place!

Our stay in this house was wonderful. The place was very nice, super clean, exactly like in the pictures. We had everything we needed, even the coffee! Bathroom and laundry were great, and air conditionning was very appreciated! There are many stores and restaurants nearby and the subway was within walking distance. At the same time it felt quiet and residential, so a perfect mix. We would definitely recommend this house to Kyoto visitors. Thank you.

This is by far one of the best Airbnb properties I have ever experienced! Miyabi's staff were all very courteous, helpful, and professional. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to others!
