LOCATION:

Welcome to Cedar Blue! Although I manage multiple vacation rental properties, I’m fortunate I get to call this one my personal home away from home! A charming, incredibly inviting 3 bedroom, 2 bath plus loft townhome in the exclusive ski in/ ski out Ridgepoint Community at Beaver Creek.

Enter on the ground level (1st floor) where you’ll find the three bedrooms, two bathrooms, washer and dryer, and an outdoor patio overlooking the beautiful Beaver Creek Golf Course. The Master bedroom features a king bed and private bathroom, the second bedroom features a queen bed with lovely mountain views, and the third bedroom features two twin bunk beds with private access to the patio. Additionally, an outdoor ski closet and separate boot closet with heater are also available for your convenience. The main level (2nd floor) features vaulted ceilings, a wood burning fireplace, beautiful dining for 8 (14 if you include the bar area), living/family room, and a kitchen perfect for entertaining family and friends. The Loft (3rd floor) provides additional sleeping with a queen sofa bed or just a quiet spot to curl up with a book.

Ridgepoint is close to the entrance to Beaver Creek. The tennis courts, community pool, hot tub, and sauna are 30 yards from Cedar Blue’s front door. Ridgepoint underwent a complete makeover in 2018. Ski lift access can be accessed through a gradual 50-yard walk to the ski-way that leads to the Beaver Creek Mountain Express Lift. Guests also have access to Dial-a-Ride, which provides door-to-door service to the base of Centennial Chairlift.

PARKING: One reserved parking spot in front of the townhome. Additional guest parking spots available around the community.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is by 10AM. An early check-in or late check-out can be arranged, please inquire about pricing when booking. Availability will be confirmed closer to reservation date.

BATHROOMS: There are 2 bathrooms in this home.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is on the main level (2nd floor) and is fully stocked with everything you might need during your stay, from oil and spices to top of the line gourmet amenities. It’s outfitted with a full stove/oven, all your cookware, cutlery, plates, bowls and cups. There is a traditional drip style coffee pot and toaster. Nespresso machine is available for use however, please bring your own pods if you would like to use the machine.

EXTRAS THAT YOU'LL LOVE:

High speed internet access; luxury bed linens/bath towels; washer/dryer; hair dryer; iron/board; outdoor grill; outdoor seating. We have multiple puzzles, games, and books ready for your enjoyment. The Master also features a lovely library for your use.

DISCLAIMER: The property is smoke/vape free. No gatherings, parties, weddings, baby showers or birthdays allowed. This is an ideal home for a small group of family members/friends in search of a ski vacation getaway. This home is not suitable for toddlers/small children as the 2nd & 3rd levels have wide railings (12” spacings). Pets are allowed & large crate is available for use by request. There will be a $75 charge per night, per pet. If you are staying longer than 7 nights with us, please reach out to us to discuss an adjusted pet fee.

THERE IS A $1000 FINE FOR ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES. Any breach of the above, would be reason for removal from the property.
