Magnificent villa on top of a hill overlooking the bay of Sa Riera and Playa de Pals. With garden and private pool the villa has spectacular views from almost anywhere in the house and from the pool terrace.
On three floors the house is distributed in 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and several terraces.
On the ground floor there is a living room, and a dining room, the kitchen adjoins the dining room. There is also a big terrace on this floor accessed from the living and the dining room. This terrace offers spectacular views over the bay of Sa Riera.
From the kitchen another side door takes you to a terraced area with ELECTRIC BBQ.
The ground floor is divided into two clearly identifiable wings that are distinguished as day and night area. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms and a family bathroom.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms that share a terrace and a family bathroom. Both bedrooms and the terrace have sea view.
The second floor is distributed in a bedroom and another bathroom.
The third floor has a small living room with sofa bed and spectacular views. This room is surrounded by windows with mountain and sea views.
The property has a path that leads directly to the house and offers a large space to park several vehicles.
Its large space allows to gather two families in a villa with garden and pool and extraordinary views of the sea.
The house is in the process of renovation and until it ends it allows to maintain a very reasonable rental price.
The situation of the house is unique, very few properties have a sea view of 180 degrees .
