Description

Beautiful Villa perfect for families / friends to get together. The villa is in a community of 6 villas in the heart of the Punta Mujeres fishing village and is just 1 minute to the sea and 5 minutes walk to the cove beach. Casa Margarita is over 3 floors (stair gates provided) and is fully equipped. The top floor consists of two bedrooms, the master bedroom suite with en suite bathroom, dressing area and shaded balcony with sea views. The twin bedroom room is also on this top level. On the ground floor you will find the living area including fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining table, lounge area, shower room and 3rd bedroom with twin beds. This level is also the entrance to the house where you can enjoy its shaded terrace (which is gated / fenced to the pool area), here you can dine, bbq and access to the pool and shared wooden sun deck. Moving on down to the lower ground level is the 4th bedroom with double bed along side the gym room, washing machine and patio for drying laundry. The spacious gym room is ideal for a work out and you have space for yoga and meditation. You have access to a great solar heated pool 3m x 5.5m, the sea is close by and you can also swim easily in the natural rock pools and from the village pebble cove beach. Come and explore the wonderful laid back costal village and surrounding area.The north of Lanzarote is perfect to get away from it all and gives you the chance to experience the local culture. You are just 25 minutes to the airport and have a nice selection of sandy beaches with in a few minutes drive. You have a number of local places of interest to visit too such as the famous volcanic caves and tunnels, a local handy craft market and much more too. This 4 bedroom villa is a great base for a holiday and is fully equipped with all your holiday needs. Getting around

To get around the island its best by hire car. There are just 2 buses that pass by each day so a little limited! Its easy to drive on Lanzarote and the furthest point in the south is a 50 minute drive, so nothing is far!

Lanzarote is a great international sports destination for both surfers and cyclists. It is great that your group of friends enjoyed both during their stay. The natural pools in Punta Mujeres are truly fantastic and the protection from the open sea mean the benefits of the sea are easy to enjoy. It certainly sounds as if a great holiday to suit everyone was enjoyed by all. The superb local restaurants and local wine are the perfect way to end the day regardless of how it was spent when you regrouped in the evening. We hope to be able to welcome you back in the future and thank you for choosing to stay with us for this holiday.

How do damage deposits work?
