Nice and cosy one bedroom apartment, recently renovated and refurbished, with communal pool.

The apartment has one doble bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

It counts with a shower and a washing machine.

The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities for a nice stay.

There is a dining area with table and chairs, a sofa and a flat-screen tv.

Wifi included

The terrace counts with outdoor furnitures (table and chairs).

In the complex there is also a swimming pool with a separate children's pool.

You will find 2 supermarkets only 300mt away, a selection of restaurants and bars can be found just around the corner.

“Appartamento pulitissimo, ben fornito e curato”

L'appartamento è adatto per due persone, fornito di una camera matrimoniale, bagno, sala e cucina. Tutto pulitissimo, fornito di tutto (microonde-fornetto, ferro da stiro, lavatrice, attrezzi per la cucina, davvero c'è tutto). E' situato in zona centrale, a dieci minuti a piedi di salita/discesa si arriva al centro vecchio del paese (noi eravamo più comodi spostarci in macchina, ma tranquillamente si può andare a piedi!). Vicino ci sono bar, ristoranti, supermercati. Proprietario super gentilissimo, ci ha lasciati entrare al mattino presto, e non alle 15, e ci ha lasciato fare il check out in tarda serata invece che alle 11! Comodità incredibile!

“Quiet, Comfortable Stay very close to all amenities”

We stayed in this apartment for a month during Sept/Oct 2018. It was perfect for our needs - close to restaurants and bars, the complex has its own private pool and is within walking distance to the harbour and shopping complex. The apartment has everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped and even has a coffee machine. There is also a washing machine, which is very handy for long stays. The owner was very helpful, met us when we arrived and if we needed anything whilst we were there, he helped - as it was so hot when we stayed, he provided us with extra fans to keep us cool! He also ensured that we had English speaking channels on the TV and cleaning products, linen and towels for the month. The complex is secure with a keypad to enter and has a friendly atmosphere with space for parking if required. We loved it here, it felt like our home for a month. Would definitely stay here again.

How do damage deposits work?
