Gorgeous Lower Level 2 bedroom 1 bath home. 1600 square feet of very affordable yet high class comfort, emphasis on COMFORT! Mountainside, bottom level of the main home with a double walk out. Floor to ceiling and full size windows in a custom home located in a quiet, coveted NW neighborhood in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Hence the neighborhood name… “Mountain Shadows”.

Rest and relax in this cozy model feel home…and have good times too as you enjoy the custom Copper Bar!

The space

Kids can play on the grass as you sit under our tree and watch Big Horn Sheep and Deer walk through the neighborhood. Deer may walk up to the shaded windows under the deck and lay down for a rest… they love our property and come visit often.

Notice for the elderly; There are a few stone steps on the path outside to the front door.

Tons of shopping and eating within 5 mins, Briargate, and other areas are a 5 - 15 drive and offer everything you could possibly need.

Colorado Springs is beautiful and very well laid out. You can get pretty much anywhere of major interest in or under 15-20 min. That’s why we live here : )
