Everything you need for a perfect holiday is supplied for your use and enjoyment.Bedrooms - The master bedroom has a beautiful king size bed, with built in wardrobes, en suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath.The second bedroom is a twin room (beds can be made to make a king size bed) with built in wardrobes and sea views. Both have hot and cold air conditioning. Bathrooms - The bathrooms are extremely luxurious due to the marble finish. The en suite bathroom has a hydro massage bath.The shower room also boasts a marble finish with a hydro shower. Lounge - The lounge is a spacious room with marble floors and Italian stucco walls. The living room also has a 42" Plasma TV, fully stocked library for book and films. Direct access to the private terrace overlooking the Mediterranean sea. The living room has hot and cold air conditioning and a dining table with 4 comfortable chairs. Kitchen - The high quality kitchen opens directly onto the terrace and is fully fitted with Siemens appliances including dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, oven, hob and fridge freezer.

Outdoors - The south facing terrace is accessed from the living room and kitchen. It has wonderful views to the Mediterranean sea and castle, which is lit up in the evening. It is furnished with an outdoor dining table and night lighting for that perfect evening. Parking - There is private underground parking for 1 car only and lift access to the apartment level which is on the ground floor. Also easy parking in the road directly outside the entrance and on the gravel area by the castle ruins - overlooked from our terrace.The development also has a sauna for your use.

“Great apartment”

Spacious, comfortable and well equipped with lovely view from the terrace to gardens, Castillo and sea. Excellent location with great walks in either direction along the sea front and also good access to the mountains and inland villages. Plenty of bars and restaurants open despite our visit being in February. The owner Rob was helpful at all stages of our trip from booking through to departure. Thanks Rob. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and hope to return.

We haven’t had our holiday yet but having just booked it, Rob was helpful and answered all queries promptly and thoroughly. After not being able to go abroad for nearly 2 years due to COVID, we were a little reluctant to book an apartment, but Rob has really eased our minds & now we’re beyond excited!

“LOVELY APARTMENT IN EXCELLENT LOCATION”

The apartment was lovely and clean, and has stunning views of the castle and sea from the balcony. The area is very peaceful and quiet, and just a few minutes walk from the beach and local restaurants. As we didn't have a car, it is an ideal location, with a large supermarket just minutes away. Rob, the owner, is very helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. It is a hidden gem (becoming not so hidden) and we hope to return next year.

“Fantastic apartment in a super location! We will be back!”

Well we are back in a very wet and cold Ireland after the most fantastic stay in Robs apartment! Our two weeks there just went too fast!! We absolutely fell in love with Duquesa and the location of the apartment is just perfect for both access to the beach and the many restaurants at night down by the Marina. We managed a few day trips to Puerto Banus, Estepona, the market in Sotogrande and Havana beach! The rest will have to wait until our next visit!.The apartment is very modern and had everything we needed (family of 5) with lots of shops and supermarkets nearby. Rob the owner was so helpful at all times and gave us lots of tips & hints organising our holiday, cannot thank him enough. We would highly recommend this gem of a property!
