Our beautiful 3 bedroom luxury home is located at the beautiful community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club. This secluded tropical paradise features a stylish accommodation for 6+ guests is just newly renovated with luxury materials and in absolute top condition. Here you can enjoy the 4 Star spectacular golf course or enjoy the sun while splashing around in your private pool & spa.

The spacious family room has a large corner leather sofa and a large flat screen tv. The open floor plan gives you plenty off room to relax with friends and family. A fully equipped and well stocked kitchen with breakfast bar that covers all your dining needs. All granite countertops and top of the range appliances from Kitchen Aid.

The master bedroom offers a king bed with looks out over the pool area has a private specious bathroom with walk in shower, bath and a large walk in closet. The 2 other bedrooms offer queen beds and built in wardrobes. The second bathroom services the 2 queen bedrooms with W/C and a bath with over shower. Each bedroom offers a flat screen tv.

The spectacular & spacious screen-enclosed outside paved terrace and pool area with a magnificent view overlooking the 6th fairway of the golf course is a real delight with a large pool and spa, lounge area with fire pit, flat screen tv and BBQ grille. The pool and spa can be heated if required.

Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club is closed community with calm and safe surroundings that includes childrens playground, community pools, tennis court, fitness center, restaurant, bar and the award winning Southern Dunes Golf course. There are many restaurants nearby, and 2 major supermarkets conveniently located at the front of the community - Wal-Mart & Winn Dixie (walking distance). There are many shopping malls close by to suit all ages and tastes.

How do damage deposits work?
