Description
The main house borders the Chalk Sound National Park, which you can see for miles from the upper floor balcony. The main house has a total of five bedrooms: three on the upper level (one with a queen sized bed, and two with two twin-sized beds), and two bedrooms on the lower level (one with a queen-sized bed, and one with two twin-sized beds). The Guest house has four bedrooms: two on the upper level and two on the lower level. Both floors contain one room with a queen-sized bed and one room with two twin sized beds. There is also ( TWO Pools) one at the Guests house, and one at the Main house.
The windows and doors all have screens, and both houses have an extra screened porch on the upper levels - a rarity among many island villas. Each bedroom has exquisite in-suite bathrooms, with showers in the upper level and shower-bathtubs downstairs.
The main house upper level has a breakfast nook and dining area. The main house lower level has a kitchenette. In the guest houses, both levels have kitchenettes. Each floor in the main house also has a powder room, making a total of seven bathrooms in the house. There is one bathroom on each level of the guest house.
Washer and dryer rooms are located on each floor in both houses, and there are clotheslines outside if you need them. We have a telephone for local calls, and there is adequate parking for at least 5 cars.
A lavish 40 ft. kidney shaped pool serves as the main house's center of fun and relaxation. The pool, which overlooks the Sound, has a water seat built into the center of the wall where you can enjoy drinks while wading in the water. A wet bar and barbecue area entice alongside.
A rectangular 30 ft. by 15 ft. pool is another source of fun and is located next to the guest house.
Emerald Shores Estates is lined with coconut, palm, and 70 other native trees, flowering bushes and plants. Neighboring estates are at least one city block away from the property, so you can be left alone in peace and quiet, making you feel like you're in an inclusive tropical paradise!
