Description
Beautifully situated on the hills in a green protected area (Calataraje) and a ten minute walk from a sandy beach. The apartment is of 105 square meters big and has a terrace of 45 square meters. It has three bedrooms with a total of 5 beds; one room with a double bed and two other rooms with two single beds. The apartment is nicely decorated and has a well equipped kitchen and lovely dining room. It offers an amazing view on the Mediterranean Sea and the Strait of Gibraltar from the living room, bedrooms and terrace.
The apartment is part of a beautiful residential complex within an excellent neighborhood. The common facilities include the swimming pool and tennis court (Padel).
It's close to almost everything: lots of excellent beaches, restaurants, groceries, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy are within a short range.
The apartment is only 25 minutes driving from Gibraltar and La Linea de la Concepción, 60mn from Málaga, 30mn from Marbella, 40mn from Tarifa and 60mn from Cadiz.
There are plenty of Golf courses as well as Polo within a short distance ( 10 mn).
Beautiful surroundings including the “white villages' road” are within short driving distance such as Casares, Gaucín and Ronda. There are many possibilities for excursions and walks in the hinterland as well as city-trip to Morocco and surf activities near Tarifa.

“Very enjoyable and relaxing stay”
The apartment was very clean, had all amenities and was perfect for two parents and two further older children who enjoyed their own rooms. We made great use of the wrap around balcony for dining and soaking up some extra sun. A short walk to the communal pool brought another special part of our stay where we could relax on a sun bed and make use of the very well kept, large pool. Booking was smooth and the owners kept in contact during run up to our visit and during our stay. Further support was provided by a lovely, locally based couple who obviously are well known and popular within the complex. Recommended highly.
