En plein coeur du Golf de la Duquesa, la propriété dispose de vastes jardins 20.000m2, de trois piscines (eau douce) dotées de transats, de douches et d'un dispositif de mise à l'eau pour personnes handicapées, avec présence de maîtres-nageurs (en haute saison).
