Beautiful airconditioned apartment 2 bedrooms, spacious and comfortable (110m²+terrace), situated in Puerto de La Duquesa (30 min driving from Marbella, 30 min from Gibraltar and 1h from Málaga airport), at 5 minutes walking from the beach and the port of La Duquesa. Located on the Golf of La Duquesa (numerous other golf courses in the neigbourhood).

Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator) in a residence of Andalusian style, with community swimming pool and gardens. The apartment contains a fully-fitted and brand new kitchen (dishwasher, microwave oven, ceramic glass cooktop and oven, cooker hood, fridge with freezer), dining room, lounge, two large bedrooms (the one with king-size double bed + side bed, the other with twin beds + side bed), two bathrooms with bath/shower, laundry. Real marble floors. Terrace of 10 m² with tables and chairs for 6p. Large (and calm) solarium on rooftop, with gorgeous seaview.

If you do not want to rent a car, you may take a bus from Malaga airport to Estepona and then a taxi to La Duquesa (15km from Estepona). Shuttle services are also available directly from the airport. The apartment is at walking distance from all amenities (bars, restaurants in the courtyard of the residence, wide variety of restaurants and bars, as well as supermarket, farmacy, hairdresser, car rental,... in the port).
