Gated large yard is a professionally landscaped tropical paradise. Perfect surf at your doorstep. Our home, affectionately known as 'La Joya del Mar', is very private and safe. Located in a quiet neighborhood next door to the world famous Hotel Punta Roca which is known for it's mellow vibe and excellent seafood and bar.

It is located a little over thirty minutes from the airport and is about forty minutes to San Salvador.

Enjoy designer pool and beautiful El Salvador breezes. We have good Wifi

Getting around

Our property managers can call you a preferred private driver that will be there in minutes. Cost is very reasonable. There is also a local bus system that runs about by about a block away.

Interaction with guest

Sergio and Sandra are the onsite property managers, They live in a separate house near the front gate. One of them will be there 24hrs. if you need anything. They are also very good at respecting your privacy.
