Description

This 2 bed holiday apartment is located in the Puerto Jardin holiday complex, close to the centre of Puerto de Mazarrón and within walking distance of the beach and all amenities.

The complex is a secure gated complex with access by key, and the 2 pools and the attractive gardens are exclusive to residents, making this an excellent location for young families with children.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with twin beds, offering flexible accommodation. The spacious living and dining area is comfortably furnished, with TV and DVD and a dining area seating 4 people. There is also a terrace at the front of the apartment which has a patio set for dining outside and overlooks the gardens and pools.

The well equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge freezer, and all small electrical appliances: kettle, toaster and coffee maker. A separate covered utility terrace is home to the washing machine and drying area. there is also a bathroom with shower and bath.

There is an aircon system that offers both hot and cold air, meaning that you can enjoy your break in the Spanish sunshine, whatever the weather.

The complex of Puerto Jardin has tennis courts nearby and two large communal pools, including a children´s pool. However the safe and flat sandy beaches of Bahía are just over a 5 minute walk away. Other beaches in the area are also accessible on foot within 15 minutes, and there are a wide range of amenities nearby.

The central location of this apartment means that car hire is not essential, although recommended for those that might want to explore the Murcia region in more depth. However the apartment is 5 minutes walk from the town if Puerto de Mazzarón, with shops, bars, restaurants, marina, many clean Blue Flag beaches and cultural sites nearby. On Sundays the large market takes place opposite the apartments, and there are hundreds of stalls selling everything under the Spanish sun!From fruit & veg to hot cooked chickens, trinkets, clothes, make up and more. The apartment has an allocated parking space, so there are no parking problems for residents.

Puerto de Mazarrón offers an ideal base from which to explore the region, and the larger cities of Murcia and Cartagena, with retail parks, cinemas and bowling are both within 45 minutes drive. The lovely Sierra Espuñas, a natural park with stunning scenery, is around 30 minutes away, and here you will find quad biking, kayaking, mountain biking, walking and many other activities.

Pets are not allowed and smoking is permitted outside on the terraces only.
