Description

This wonderful 3 bedroom apartment enjoys one of the best locations in town. Less than a 2 minute walk brings you to the fabulous El Alamillo beach and shortly beyond that the excellent restaurants, bars and facilities of the El Alamillo plaza. The apartment complex has lift access to all floors so disabled access is no problem at all!

At the property the open plan living room/diner has seating for 8 people, a quite simply huge sofa and also the Television. From here, once your raised the electronic black out shutters, patio doors lead onto a balcony which offers far reaching and stunning views over both central Puerto de Mazarron and the med.

There are 3 bedrooms to be found at the property, one is the master bedroom featuring a double bed and small en-suite facilities, 1 further double bedroom and 1 further single room. Sea views can be enjoyed from all of these rooms. All bedrooms feature bedside lamps and tables but importantly plenty of storage is provided to house all of your belongings. Please note that all bed linen and inside towels and linen provided, however beach/pool towels are not included at this particular rental facility.

The well equipped kitchen includes a cooker and a hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave oven, toaster and a kettle with ample facilities to cater for all your needs.

The apartment is fully air conditioned and this operates on a metered basis. Before the air conditioning can be used pre paid cards must be purchased from us. These cards come in €10 denominations.

Wi-Fi internet access is available at the apartment, please note that this attracts a small additional charge (paid locally).

Outside on the ground floor can be found the communal swimming pool complete with surrounding lawned garden. To sum up this apartment really does offer a Spanish holiday just that little bit special.

Please note that on your day of arrival that admittance to the villa is not available after 8pm until 9am the following day.
