Description
This holiday home is located in the quiet area of Puerto del Carmen in a small complex on Princesa Teguise street. Still close enough to everything without being in the middle of it.
The balcony has full south-west exposure and is therefore the ideal place for great sunsets directly from the apartment.
Even if the apartment has only a small surface area, it is nevertheless equipped with many details that round off and enhance your stay (good Wifi, hairdryer, washing machine, capsule coffee maker (Dolce Gusto), filter coffee machine, French coffee maker, Spanish coffee maker, beach towels, bathrobes, blankets, one sun lounger on the balcony, large refrigerator with 40 l freezer compartment. A dishwasher, microwave, and oven complete the offer in the small kitchen.
The apartment also counts with Aircondition (1€ for 2hours) and all kinds of international TV programs. The seater in the living room has comfortable seats that fold out as well. There is a reading light next to the single-seater so you can enjoy a good book as well.

Arrived late on the 28th of December to blood on the bedsheets , toilet dirty , masking tape holding the bathroom tap together , cotton ear buds under the bed.

“Lovely and quiet”
The apartment was cosy and in a quiet neighbourhood, clean and well furnished. We had the common swimming pool almost for ourselves (early June). 15min walk for the beach/shops/restaurants.
