Apartment cosy beachfront residence. You will find all the comforts of an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room with satellite TV, a dinner corner and a spacious terrace.

Quiet and very well maintained residence includes a small pool and a large pool.

At the foot of the residence, is a great family beach where you will find sunbeds and parasols, pedal boats with slide, three lots of beach volleyball as well as sellers of ice and well drinks!

The shops for shopping to daily life, beach, restaurants and bars shops spread also at the foot of the residence.

Pedestrian trails and routes on the waterfront to reach to the North, the capital Arrecife 10 km, and to the South, the port at 1.5 miles.

How do damage deposits work?
