An elevated position boasts fantastic sea views as well as having one of larger pool terraces amongst the villas on this gated complex, The property has two bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, a large lounge/dining room and well equipped kitchen. The lounge and main bedroom have air conditioning (coin operated) and patio doors opening on to a partially covered terrace with barbecue, table & chairs. from here a few steps lead down to the sun terrace and private heated swimming pool. Just a short walk from the beach and amenities of the popular resort of Puerto del Carmen.
This villa can sleep up to 5 guests. The base price is for 1-2 guests.
