Description

Sun,sea and sand. Often described as the playground of the rich and famous, PuertoBanus really does have everything. Fantastic 3 bedroomed luxury villa to rent.

The Villa is a townhouse style built on two floors within a private gated community of 74 built houses. Fully air conditioned.
Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. A guest cloakroom and W.C. There is a large open plan lounge and dining area newly furnished to a very high standard with satellite T.V. and DVD player. The dining table comfortably sits six.

There are three tastefully furnished bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a double bed with a balcony terrace adjoining. The second and third bedrooms are twin rooms. Two bathrooms both with baths and power showers.

With a private garden and spacious terraces an outside dining table and chairs plus sun loungers in order to relax and enjoy.

It is a five minute walk to the nearest beach and several restaurants. Within a fifteen minutes leisurely stroll to Puerto Banus and San Pedro. Close by many top golf courses.
Azalea Beach is the ideal point between relaxation and fun. Ideal for families and golfers alike.
