The Town house apartment is set amongst landscaped gardens with swimming pools & tennis court on the grounds, fantastic tropical gardens With Its own private pool area satellite TV, free wifi, DVD player.
This location will be hard to beat as its quiet and its lovely views are amazing - An ideal base for all types of hoildays.
Whether you want to relax on the beach after a lively night out in Puerto Banus, golf in the sunshine in some of Marbellas golf courses or experience the historic town of Rhona (45 min drive) where you can explore one of the oldest bull rings in Spain.

On the same development available to you is a Clubhouse which has Free WiFi, restaurant, bars, swimming for all the family, sports facility, plenty of parking or 4 mins walk from the house, great fun and very friendly staff.
There is also a 24 hour supermarket within walking distance, as well as a 24 hour security service at the complex. The Clubhouse has an enclosed play area which has supervised playing on Sundays. The restaurant serves authentic spanish food, plus yummy burgers or fantastic steaks - lots of options if you want to eat local.
12 minutes walk from the house is Aloha gardens an area filled with a couple of restaurants including thai and a couple of bars that are also serving food. The Marbella Golf Academy is next door and there are 4 top class golf courses nearby.
The popular marina of Puerto Banus is a 15 minute walk away with its numerous shops, bars & restaurants. Marbella town is only a 10 minute drive and there is a regular bus service.

“Perfect”
Loved the townhouse, great location and beautiful inside. We had a car and it was really easy to find and park outside. Claudia and Jo were both super helpful throughout our stay, would definitely recommend and stay again.

“Beautiful house, lovely location, excellent value!”
We have just spent a great 2 weeks here! The house is lovely, spacious and comfortable! I have a bad back and this is the first time I've been on holiday and my back hasn't been bad in the mornings!! The beds are very comfortable!! There were 6 of us, 2 adults, 2 x 17yr olds a 12yr old and a 5 year old and it never felt like were in each others way! The house had everything we needed. We took beach towels with us but there were plenty at the house already! The gardens are lovely and we all loved the pool area which was immaculate!! The private roof terrace is great too when you want some peace from the kids! The older boys enjoyed the nearby paddle club where they were able to play pool in the evenings. The house is also walking distance to the port, restaurants and nightlife, although it was a little far for our 5 year old in the evenings due to the July heat and him getting tired. It was less than €6 for a taxi back however so we'd walk down and get a cab back. We'd definitely recommend this house as a great base for your holiday. It's in a lovely peaceful area but within easy reach of the lively Puerto Banus nightlife.

“Fab place”
Very clean and spacious place near all the amenities. Great golf courses too. Would recommend it. Has a communal swimming pool for the kids and the port is not too far away.
