This very charming Villa in "EL Cortijo Blanco" is the perfect place to spend your next holiday in Spain on the Costa del Sol. Located on the beachside in San Pedro de Alcantara this property offers 3 spacious bedrooms, an extra children's bedroom with 2 bunkbeds , a great size sitting room with a unique and working fireplace and a large kitchen with its separate breakfast and dining rooms. A fantastic feature is the patio in the middle of the house. Its allows the light to stream through the centre of the property and makes it very bright and airy. The good 700 m2 well maintained garden with its own private swimming pool and different fruit trees invites you to relax and enjoy the silence. Beach, shops and restaurants are only a short walk away and to the famous Puerto Banus it is only a 5 min drive or a 20 min. stroll along the beach.

“Very good location”
The villa is quite old and needs refurbishing, but, the pool and garden are very good and the villas location is excellent, very close to the beach and several very good restaurants.

“Great Location”
We enjoyed our stay at El Cafetal De Veronica. The pool and garden are lovely. The villa worked well for us as a family of 7 ( 4 adults and 3 small children) and is very well equipped. The villa, in my opinion is in need of some updating and we weren't keen on the central courtyard area but it didn't affect our enjoyment. It is in the perfect location, right near the beach and within walking distance to San Pedro and Puerto Banus.
