Description

5000 sf, 8 bedroom, 6 bath, 2 story home on the beach - for family reunions and large or small group vacation get-away. Two bedrooms and one bath are on main level for people who can't climb stairs. Can accommodate up to 20 people (i.e., beds for 20). Located on the BEST beach in Rocky Point - Playa Encanto Beach is located about 5 miles down the beach from Rocky Point (as the crow flies), and starts at the east end of Las Conchas - an approx. 12-15 minute drive from the town. Must pass through guard gate to get to our house. This is an environment where your family has privacy on a perfect beach that is never crowded and feels like you own the beach, and that you're on your own island! Smaller groups OK. No need to walk to the beach - you are ON the beach. This is the most inexpensive and memorable vacation for large groups and families you can have to close to the Valley. Fully air conditioned, furnished, fans in every room. Kitchen is fully stocked (pots, pans, dishes, utensils, 2 fridges, microwave, toaster, coffee maker -bring own filters). There is a 40" TV in the house with Netflix on it. The only thing not furnished are the towels for showering and for the beach - you bring your own. There is an open-air beach BBQ outside and you would have to bring your own briquettes. There is also a huge fire pit outside for weenie roasts, marshmallow roasts, etc. - bring your own wood for this. There is free WiFi on site. Only 4 hours from Phoenix.

“Lots of rooms!”

Its crazy how many rooms fit in here! It's actually 9 rooms. Upstairs: 2 master suites with kings and bathrooms as well as a shared balcony, 2 rooms with what I think were kings and a shared bath… More
