Description
The villa is in the middle of the forest, fronting a beautiful beach and a stone throw away from the world famous Palawan Subterranean River. A place for families, friends, lovers, adventurous people and those who prefer the quietness of nature. The villa can house about 12 people and 2 babies (cribs are at your disposal) in 3 large air conditioned rooms 1 kingsize bed each, a single room and an attic with 5 beds for groups or kids. We also welcome pets in our villa. On top of the hill is an fresh water infinity pool with great views of the beach. A beautiful place to wait for the sunset. It is surrounded by trees with friendly monkeys hanging on it. Fruits like mangoes, santol, calamansi, wild mangosteen and cashew are available in different seasons. Two ponds full of tilapias for bamboo rod fishing are located near the garden. The beach is also rich with shells and fish. The sound of the singing bird is heard everywhere in the villa with some rare birds flying around the house. Some lucky goers were welcomed by dolphins and turtles! This is a place where turtles lay hundreds of eggs each year and safely return to the sea. Most importantly, it has a wide and calm beach with a very fine sand!
On site activities : dart, volley ball near the coconut trees, snorkeling on a nearby reef (equipment provided), pétanque, biking (2 adult and 1 kiddie bikes available), watching turtles laying eggs at night during the season, surfing (we have 2 surfboards at your disposal), or just relaxing on the terrace while sipping an ice cold drink or a fresh coconut (courtesy of the house).
Nearby activities : boat tour to visit the famous UNESCO protected Underground River national park, trek in the forest, ziplining above the sea in Sabang (700 m long), tour of a centuries old mangrove, hiking to a village hidden in the forest by the sea, caving in limestone cliffs, sea fishing at night, waterfall showering, etc.
The villa, nestled 80 m away from the sea and the beach shower and gazebo, has a large kitchen with a view on nearby rice terraces and is powered by solar panels during daytime and by a silent generator at night (8PM to 7 AM). Lots of society games are available as well as a selection of DVDs and English and French books. Kids are welcome and baby chair and crib are available.
And for those who can't live without phone and internet, network is usually available, albeit very slow, on the view deck .

montagnes environnantes, observez les très nombreux oiseaux rares et endémiques ou les singes dans la forêt, pêchez des tilapias dans notre étang ou découvrez nos orchidées, balladez-vous sur notre superbe plage de 800 m au sale très fin ou sur les plages voisines de la nôtre, jouez aux fléchettes, au volleyball ou à la pétanque près des cocotiers, balladez-vous à vélo (2 vélos adultes et 1 vélo enfant disponibles), plongez avec palmes et tuba sur un récif voisin (équipement fourni), observez les tortues déposer leurs œufs sur la plage la nuit pendant la saison, surfez sur nos 2 planches de surf, ou relaxez vous simplement sur la terrasse en sirotant une boisson glacée ou une noix de coco fraîche (offerte par la maison).
D’autres activités facilement organisables dans les environs incluent : tour en bateau pour visiter la fameuse Rivière Souterraine , patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO, treks dans la forêt, tyrolienne de 700 m au-dessus de la mer, (frissons garantis), visite en barque à fond plat d’une extraordinaire mangrove centenaire, ballade jusqu'à un village perdu dans la forêt près de la plage, spéléo dans les falaises, pêche nocturne, douche sous une cascade en bord de mer, etc.
La villa, nichée à 80m de la mer et de la douche de plage et son gazebo, peut héberger confortablement a peu près 12 personnes et 2 bébés ( lits de bébés à votre disposition sur demande) dans 5 chambres (dont 3 bénéficiant de la climatisation), possède une grande cuisine avec vue sur les rizières voisines, et est alimentée en énergie par des panneaux solaires le jour et par un générateur silencieux la nuit (de 20:00 à 07:00).
De nombreux jeux de société sont disponibles ainsi qu’une bibliothèque de
DVDs et de livres en anglais et en français (et même quelques BDs ).
Les enfants sont bienvenus et une chaise haute et un berceau sont à votre
disposition.
Enfin, pour les accrocs du téléphone et d’internet, il y a d’habitude un
peu de réseau sur la terrasse panoramique.
