Award Winning Beach Condos Nadia, Suites 301 and 401, are modern, beachfront, one bedroom, fully equipped condos. This is the spot that will make your vacation an unforgettable experience! Winning 2011 & 2012 & 2013 Top Rated Vacation Rental in Puerto Vallarta from Flip Key and rated Excellent by Trip Advisor and Flip Key. Located in the small, intimate, 10 unit boutique hotel property called Hotel Suites Nadia, these two suites cannot be rented through the hotel as they are privately owned. These suites are the largest and most private in the complex, with views of the ocean and the sounds of the crashing waves. We are located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta in El Centro in the Cinqo de Diciembre neighborhood @ 127 Uruguay . Just 60 feet from the ocean on Playa De Los Camarones Beach and three blocks north of the Malecon, the ocean boardwalk. This neighborhood is in in the centre of the historic district of Puerto Vallarta and here you will find a unique cultural experience. The building has a panoramic elevator that will take you to the Rooftop where you will be encompassed by a magnificent 360 degree view of Puerto Vallarta. The rooftop is equipped with an infinity pool and jacuzzi. There are also loungers, tables and chairs, an elfresco shower and a bathroom so that you may never want to leave! We are staffed with a 24 Hr.concierge and all our front desk people are bilingual and there for you 24/7 to help you with directions, advise, or anything else that you may need. The condos are equipped with maid service, wireless internet, flat screen Tvs in the livingroom, and bedroom, cable, electronic safes,and fully equipped kitchenettes as well as modern bathrooms. They are the well laid out, with comfort in mind, and you will find them to be like a home away from home. There is wireless internet access throughout the building so that you can stay connected in your room or on the roof. The location is within a few blocks to the new cultural centre, shopping, dining, and transit. The large super mercado Ley is right across the street making your shopping convenient, as there is nothing that cannot be found there or anywhere within the neigborhood. The malecon and the Zona Romantica are a short stroll away and the buses are outside your door . The views from the rooftop deck are panoramic and encircle the entire Bay of Banderas. The sunsets are spectacular and romantic to view from the jacuzzi.
There is a beach club on the beach in front with umbrellas, loungers and pergolas as well as a restaurant where meals and drinks can be purchased and they are open for breakfast , lunch and dinner. There are also many places in the neigborhood and also on the beach where you will find a wide variety of dining experiences.
