Without question, the absolute best location on the beach!!! This two Bedroom condo is right on the beach in the Sunscape Resort and Spa. CASA COCO has everything vacationers are looking for such as a wonderful beach just steps away from the beach-side swimming pool, ideal location, just ten minutes away from the airport and ten minutes to downtown. The 2nd bedroom is ideal when children are travelling with you.

This beautiful, air conditioned, 750 sq ft condo is located in the Sunscape Resort & Spa on the 12th floor. Each bedroom has queen size pillow top mattress so our guests can get a great sleep.

For Movie fans, there is a 46 " UHD, 4K, Smart TV. Sign into your Netflix account or do some shopping on Amazon. Renting this condo will not put a big dent in your wallet. Check out the great rates I offer, rates have not gone up in 5 years. You will not find a better price for an Ocean front 2 bedroom condo.

From the private balcony, you get to enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Banderas Bay, the beaches, downtown area and surrounding mountains. The photos on the website does not show the actual Panoramic views. Also the 8 foot Balcony door completely opens to blend the living room and Balcony together, giving you the open feeling. The nightly sunsets from the private balcony will be etched in your memory forever.

From the wide windows in the master bedroom, you can watch the ocean waves while reading your favorite book.

1) Use of Common Areas: Guests have access to all the Common areas such as Pool, lobby, Lounge, Beach Access, Gym & use of free Beach towels daily and kids slide area without additional fees.

2) Bedrooms: This condo has two separate bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom is ideal for children and may not be suitable for adults. There is a separate door & a wall between the two rooms. The upper 10"near the ceiling has lattice work to allow airflow.

3) Kitchen: There is also a kitchen with a new full size fridge, microwave, toaster, blender, Electric Skillet, 2 burner stove, Electric portable Oven, coffee pot & pots and pans and utensils. The kitchen allows you the freedom to eat in if you prefer.

4) All Inclusive: Sunscape Resort offers All Inclusive Options to our guests for as many days as they like if they are interested. Ask for information & rates at reception or talk to onsite Administrator, Ana Maria.

5) Food Truck: guests who don’t purchase All Inclusive may purchase food & drinks by the pool.

6) Free WiFi & Phone: This condo provides free WiFi & a phone so loved ones can call you in an emergency.

7) Building Administrator & Local Property Manager: The Building Administrator and Local Property Manager are onsite & available to attend to your needs in a short notice. If any issues arise, they are onsite to deal with it right away. This is very important for most guests. Check before you book anywhere else.

Getting around

From the airport, it take 15 mins by taxi to arrive at Sunscape Resort & Spa. Please register when you arrive. If you want to go anywhere, you can get a Taxi in front at Reception. Taxis are very inexpensive. Also, buses run constantly. Just walk to the main Road. Bus drivers give out change if you do not have the correct change. Fares to downtown are less than $1.00. Also checkout the new Restaurants across the street from the Resort. The Plazza Caracol is a large mall which is also 10 minute walk, with a Supermarket, banks, Pizza place, key cutting, money exchange, etc and Peninsular Shopping mall is a 5 minute walk.

The two separate bedrooms were great for this family and also our bathroom area with a double vanities, separate shower and separte toilet came in very handy when there are more than 2 people. We do get a lot of great comments about the spectacular views from the private balcony.
