This condo has been professionally decorated and has features unique to it. The condo has a contemporary theme but is very warm, inviting and elegant. The spacious unit is furnished with a 45" HDTV and telephone. The large balcony, which runs the entire length of the condo has a table and 4 very comfortable chairs for your relaxation and enjoyment. With balconies on both sides of the building, cross breezes fill the condo with fresh air. You can enjoy breakfast on one balcony and outdoor dining and cocktails in the evening on the other! Either time, take in the breathtaking views! The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and private bath. The guest bedroom has a very large closet and private bath as well. Each bedroom has a safe for your personal items.Floor to ceiling windows are along the entire front of the condo for spectacular views including from the formal dining room and kitchen. Look below and watch the city come to life, day or night. The city lights in the evening are as mesmerizing as the sounds. Below is a shopper's paradise. You will find many art galleries, wares of all types, and apparel shops. Enjoy the night clubs and discos in the evenings. Restaurants of all kinds are nearby - casual to elegant dining. Outdoor food markets offer an abundant supply of fresh produce. Medical and dental services are within a few blocks of the condo. While you can walk to all of the activities just listed, taxis are readily available and cost approximately $4.00 USD. You may wish to take a cab home if you are carrying groceries,etc. This property sits on a hill to get the incredible view you get with this place Relax and enjoy a margarita at the beautiful common area pool. You can watch the whales jump and play during whale season. The famous Malecon Promenade and beach are only 0.5 km away!
