Description

NOTE The condo is suitable for six adults and can accommodate eight persons if at least two of the guests are children. There are fold down deck chairs with air mattresses and sleeping bags suitable for children but there are no beds other than the three king size beds.

This Puerto Vallarta vacation home in the Residencias Molino de Agua is no doubt in the premier location in the city. Located on Los Muertos Beach in Zona Romantica of Old Town, it is just steps away from a wonderful variety of restaurants, galleries, shopping and nightlife. The condo is complete with furniture and artwork that is both practical and stylish and sure to impress. The exceptionally spacious covered outdoor deck is nestled in the trees beside the Rio Cuale with views of the ocean and has plenty of room for both a dining area and a cozy sitting area. A gas fired BBQ is also provided for those who want to grill their favourite meals at home. The living room features a 50 inch screen T.V with cable service, amazon fire stick, DVD player and bluetooth speaker. There is also high speed wireless Internet, a Vonage phone line with free calling to 60 countries and a local phone line to receive local calls. The three bedrooms all feature King size beds, large opening windows, large screen TVs, Ipod docs, DVD players and individual safes. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The condo is generally very quiet during the evening and night.

The kitchen has all the applicances you could need including dishwasher, gas cook-top & oven, microwave, s/s refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, espresso machine, blender, orange juicer, etc. .There is also central air conditioning with 5 individual zone controls. On the grounds the condo complex features the largest heated pool in Old Town with manicured landscaping and plenty of space for sunbathing. There is also a bar/restaurant at the pool. The complex also has dedicated chairs on the beach. The building has a striking modern architectural design giving all suites beach views and is protected with 24 hr gated security provided by helpful and biilingual staff.

Getting around

Puerto Vallarta is within a two hour drive of several small colonial towns and magnificent untouched beaches. These great spots are also easily reached by bus service which can be picked up very close to the Molino. For those with cars I can usually arrange for a parking spot on the grounds of the building. Guests requiring a parking spot must advise me well ahead of their arrival in order for me to make those arrangements.

Interaction with guest

I will be in touch with you approximately two weeks before your arrival to get the names of the people in your party and your flight details. I will also give you a written introduction to the condo along with some tips for places to eat. My condo is professionally managed by a property management company that is located two blocks from the our condo building. They will meet you upon your arrival at the building and they will attend to any needs you have during your stay.

House rules

Please note that the condo only has three beds. There are air mattresses and sleeping bags suitable for children. For this reason we do not rent to parties of more than six adults. The person responible for the reservaton must be at least 25 years old. Eight persons are allow to stay in the condo but at least two of them must be minor children. Additional rules are found in the rental agreement and must be followed. Smoking is allowed on the outside deck only.
