Some of the amenites of this condo includes private theatre for guests. private library, billards, private gym, with towel service and purified water available for work outs. In fact the entire building has purified water coming out of the tap water so you can drink the water in this condo and is safe for showering bathing and cooking. Business center, on site restaurants and sunday brunch buffet. Private amazing beach front with cabanas and umbrellas already set up on the beach for our guests use. Beach snack bar which is only exclusively for our guests and does not allow cash purchases. Guests will receive their own card to use for purchases courtesy of ICON Conceriege. No cash is needed for drinks or food purchases during your stay. All prices are very reasonable as the snack bar and restaurants is set up for guests use and is not for profit. Incredible mirror pools, hot tubs available for guests use. All of this set upon beautifully landscaped grounds, with 24 hour security controlled access.

This spacious 1 bedroom 1 bath condo features a King bed in the Master suite, which opens onto the wrap around balcony, with views to the Bay and Ocean out front, to the Marina and Cruise Ships to the north, and City and Mountains to the east. Truly a spectacular view.

This fully equipped condo features quiet central air conditioning, large flat screen TV in the living room, wireless internet, and security controlled elevator access to your floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped for those times you would rather eat in, and there is also a laundry with washer and dryer, along with maid service once per week.
