The historical, "Collingwood", Gringo Gulch home is now being offered for vacation rentals. This spectacular property sits on the largest riverfront lot on the Cuale River and was recently rebuilt, incorporating the latest in luxury amenities. Casa La Bomba has commanding views of the river, mountains and town from every room. The huge terraces from where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets with your favorite drink, infinity pool, gardens and BBQ are just a few of the many amenities that this unique property has to offer. Its central location allows you to stroll into the heart of downtown and enjoy the best dining and entertainment that Puerto Vallarta has to offer.

The Neighborhood
Casa La Bomba is in the oldest neighborhood in Puerto Vallarta, close to where Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton used to live.
Getting around
Casa la Bomba is located in downtown Puerto Vallarta, just 6 blocks away from the most important restaurants like Cafe Trio, Cafe des Artistes, Hacienda San Angel, Vista Grill, La Palapa, Si Señor, Pipis, Las Brazzas across the bridge from the Villa, and many others.
Visitors are allowed during the day from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. If you want them to stay over night, then an extra charge of US$50.00 will apply.
Smoking is only permitted outside in the pool area.
Beach towels are available to take to the beach by signing receipt, just make sure you return them to the house otherwise an extra charge will apply.
We do not permit wearing wet bathing suits indoors.
Do not sleep on beds with suntan lotion.
Drugs are not permitted in the house and are against Mexican law.

Response from the owner Hola Andréa muchas gracias por tus comentarios que pena que los hagas en primer lugar las amenidades que se incluyen están muy claras en la página y también en la conversación que tuvimos tú y yo por whatssap y solo incluye la llegada razón por la cual me pediste pasará a las 2:45 por ustedes, en cuanto la mi visita a la propiedad siempre lo hice por un tiempo de 45 minutos a lo más y fue durante el horario del desayuno, en relación al personal de limpieza de la alberca antes de que el entrara yo les pedí permiso a ustedes y me lo dieron nunca hemos hecho las cosas sin el consentimiento de los huéspedes o su autorización. Si un servidor regreso por la tarde fue solo a cobrarte las diferencias por las personas extras por qué tu así me pediste. Del pago del taxi de regreso al aeropuerto aún cuando no está incluido con mucho gusto te lo puedo reembolsar no tengo ningún problema en hacerlo. Muchas gracias
