Description

Villa Daniel is located in the quiet and beautiful neighborhood of 3000 year old Pula.

It has beautiful beach view which is 400 m away. Ancient Pula is very close too.

We rent our 4* villa as a whole because we think that it offers comfort and privacy for larger group or several families. We just build large private south side facing pool for your enjoyment and relaxation.

House has 3 apartments. One

apartments suits up to 6 persons.

A1 is a brand new modern apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths.

One bedroom has queen size bed, another has 2 twin size that can make a comfy queen size bed.

There is a family room with two convertibles, which can be used for 2 people and connects to the dining room and fully equipped kitchen.

One bathroom has one shower and laundry machine, second has a shower.

All apartment are equipped with climate control units and everything is brand new. There are 2 roofed porches each about 20 m2 on the ground level.

A2 is brand new classic 2 bedroom apartment, has family room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen and two American bathrooms. One bathroom has a bath tub, laundry machine and dryer.

Second bathroom has shower.

There are two beautiful terraces about 20 m2 each, one with amazing beach view which is only 400 m away.

A3 has kitchen/family room, one bedroom with queen size bed and shower bathroom. There is private patio too.

There is large private swimming pool present which is center of entertainment.

It the basement there is large gym/recreation room with the fireplace.

Villa has gated driveway with a grill, playground for your children and beautiful rose garden around the house.

There are satellite TV's and internet available everywhere.

In the neighborhood there is playground, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, local bus stop.

Closest beautiful pebble/ rock beach is 5 minute walking distance. Close by is breathtaking miles long beach trail that you will never forget.

We would prefer to rent our home from Saturday to Saturday in July and August. We could be more lenient during other months.

We would like to make our home yours while you are with us and we will do everything to accomplish this.

The Neighborhood

Verudela Beach is 400 meters away. A 17 km long strip of beaches also starts there and features pebbly and rocky beaches. Verudela features numerous activities among which are scuba diving, tennis courts, mini golf and wind surfing. Guests can also rent bicycles, mopeds, cars or boats. Restaurants and bars can be found 100 meters away, while a grocery store is just 50 meters away. Night life can be enjoyed at Verudela that features discotheques and terraces with live music. Boat trips to Venice, National Park Brijuni , Mali Losinj and the island of Silba can be arranged in Pula, as well as wine tasting excursions along the famous Istrian wine roads. The famous Roman amphitheater can be reached in 2 km, while the Golden Gates, city center and fort, can be reached in 1.5 km. Pula Airport is 11 km away.

Getting Around

There is public bus stations from which you can reach any part of this 3000 year old city.

If you like to walk or jog, everything is easily accessible.
