This is a totally new 2BR+2 BA Condo nicely located with AC, dishwasher, garage, heated pool and many other amenities.

It has been recently decorated by a professional. You will have daily maid service and beach service (if rented from Dec 15th to March 15th). Beds are large and comfortable. Appliances are all new. Kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, AC etc)

A professionall MAID service will do the cleaning daily (FREE)! During peak season you will have BEACH service, which means you can go to the beach and have an umbrella and beach chairs for you at NO extra cost.

The condo has, Cable TV, WIFI Internet for FREE included in the rate! The building has 7x24 Doorman, a place in the Garaje, for your car, outside pool, Gym, etc etc .

Close To All Activities and attractions. Amazing Restaurants, The Conrad CASINO Hotel is just a couples of blocks away. Synagogue is 2 blocks too, Pharmacy, Groceries stores, bakery, Gas Station are walking distance (within2 blocks at least).
