Fantastic well equipped Family Villa right by the Ocean. Come and relax, enjoy the slow pace of life and experience some local sea front restaurants and tapas bars. Seaside property 100 metres from the sea with solar heated pool shared with just 6 beautiful villas, in the tranquil coastal village of Punta Mujeres. The villa has been designed with young children in mind and is fitted with stair gates throughout and has cot, high chair, children’s toys, microwave, hand blender, bath mat, plastic plates/cutlery/cups and a child step provided. This villa is owned and managed by a family run business Lanzarote Retreats, who pride themselves in offering a bespoke holiday service, tailoring to your specific families requirements.

The fully fitted kitchen, living/dining room, and the twin bedroom on the ground floor along with one bathroom. On the top floor you have the master bedroom with balcony & sea views, the room with bunkbeds and cot and another bathroom. The laundry and drying area are on the basement floor. The front terrace is fenced and gated and overlooks the pool area.

Punta Mujeres has the beauty of being a tranquil Canarian Fishing Village with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, bakers, sea front tapas bars etc, all within walking distance from the villa. In the village there is a pebble beach which is great for snorkeling and natural sea pools which are protected from any waves.

This part of the Lanzarote coast is renowned for its spectacular beaches, one of which is in Arrieta the neighbouring village the black sand beach is great for surfing or just playing in the waves, there is a beach bar, children's play park and showers etc. The island´s only 18 hole golf course, situated in Costa Teguise, is only a 15 minute drive away. Here you will also find the water park, bike, surf & windsurf rental.

How do damage deposits work?
