Description

An opportunity to spend time in this spectacular, architecturally designed house overlooking one of the loveliest beaches in Peru, Punta Veleros in Los Organos.

It offers three large master bedrooms (2 king size beds, 1 double) all with en-suite bathrooms, a bedroom with two single beds and a fifth bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (these two rooms share a full bathroom). The house also comes with a fully equipped kitchen, an internal dining table, two indoor living rooms, visitors bathroom, an outdoor dinning table (for ten), a large outdoor sitting area, a pool and ample terraces perfect for families with children (including a large play area with artificial grass, a trampolin and swings for them!).

You can expect an extremely comfortable, wonderfully designed space with views of the Pacific Ocean from all main rooms, and just a few minutes stroll down to the water. A perfect place to relax with friends and family and explore the wonders of the Northern Peruvian beaches.

"Las Terrazas" can act as your base for surfing the world class surf brakes in the area with the famous "La Vuelta" break just 10 minutes walk from the house (Cabo Blanco & Lobitos are just a short drive away). You can also spend time kite-surfing, fishing, diving or just relaxing in beautiful un-crowded beaches.

The near-by town of Organos is perfect for stocking up on groceries while nearby Mancora and Vichayito (15 minute drive) have a variety of restaurants and bars. You can travel to close-by towns using public transport from Organos and do short trip on the ever present moto-taxis. If you have a car, there is plenty of parking space within the property.

The property also has a separate staff area, in case you want to bring a your nanny or a cook. We have an on-site grounds-keeper who sleeps in the staff area and will be there to greet you and make sure things run smoothly.

If you require a maid or a cook, we will be happy to arrange one for you.

Come and enjoy the year-round sun and laid back atmosphere of Los Organos in this fantastic space, be careful though, you might not want to leave!!!
