Description

Ideally located in the Ravine des Cabris near the city centre of Saint-Pierre, the bungalow is located in a cul-de-sac with entrance, parking, garden and private pool in quiet and green surroundings.

The bungalow consists of 2 levels, on the floor of a large room 20 m 2 heated with 1 large double bed and a sofa bed 2 places.

On the ground floor the fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and living room with a sofa bed 2 places.

Household equipment with machine wash, Hi-Fi, dvd player, flat screen, internet by unlimited wifi.

At the front a large terrace covered with 12 m 2 with a table and 6 chairs in the back bedroom of 11 m 2 with a double bed.

Outside a large deck wooden of 70 m 2 around the private pool with transat, pergola, BBQ to enjoy outdoors.

You will find also in the immediate vicinity of the bungalow a hyper market Leclerc, bakery, catering, vendors of vegetables, banks, pharmacy, ect...

How do damage deposits work?
