Description
The house is situated a few kilometers outside Rogoznica center, in a peaceful location surrounded by olive trees, pines, and of course, the sea. House in on the beach with crystal clear sea water, no more than 2 m from the house.
There are two apartments and two studio apartments in the house.
Penthouse Apartment A4 (newly built 2017. and it has four stars ****) is located on the entire top floor of Apartments Maris, with spectacular unobstructed panoramic view of the Adriatic Sea.
It consists three bedrooms, one is with king size bed, second is with a two singles bed, master room with a it`s own bathroom, and living room accommodate up to 6 adults.
The total area of the apartment is 90 m2.
The apartment is newly furnished with comfortable beds and high-quality ergonomic mattresses.
Master room has it's own bathroom, it's own air conditioning system, mini bar, balcony and unobstructed view on open sea from the bed.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic electric stove and oven, a fridge and complete dishware.
The living room includes a comfortable three-seat sofa, as well as an LCD TV with satellite reception.
In the front of house we have our own little beach with sunbeds and parasols. Sunbeds and parasols is free of charge.
For your daily needs, there is a van coming each morning around 09:30am with fresh bakery products and newspapers. For everything else, in a range of 300 m, you can find shops, bars and restaurants. Also, Rogoznica, Trogir and Primošten, most beautiful and popular tourist resorts on the Croatian coast is just a few km away. There you can find bigger shops, a lot of bars, restaurants, clubs, beaches and everything else you need to have a great holiday.
The guests have access to the free parking lot in front of the house.
Also, there is a grill that you can use in the patio.
We are at your service the whole time, providing all the necessary information and service.
We can arrange transport to the airport or to the bus stations.

“Fantastic apartment, great view”
We loved this apartment, it was very modern and clean, plenty of space and a fantastic view. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. It was ideally situated right on the seafront, it was very quiet but easy to reach restaurants in the village or you can get a water taxi over the bay to Rogoznica which is a lively town. We also visited Trogir, Primosten and Krka waterfalls, We went rafting near Omis. The apartment is well situated to visit these places. We would definitely recommend this apartment
