Exclusive 3 Bedroom Condo at Centre Court Ridge with Terrace and Stunning Golf Views
STRICTLY NO PETS.
A minimum of 4 nights is required for general dates. For Easter and Thanksgiving 7 nights and a 10 night reservation is required during Christmas or New Year and minimum of 12 nights for dates overlapping both.
Luxury condominium situated in the heart of the prestigious Reunion Resort and Club of Orlando. This exclusive community includes three championship golf courses, a multi level water park with lazy river, community pools, tennis, fitness centre, kids club a luxury spa, bars and restaurants.
This designer furnished ground floor condominium has a large open plan living area and three spacious bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms. The living area has been tastefully furnished with comfortable seating and a multi channel flat screen TV and DVD player for your entertainment. A formal dining area has seating for six. The outdoor covered terrace has a dining table and cushioned seating for informal meals and ideal for enjoying that early evening cocktail.
The gourmet kitchen has all granite counter tops with breakfast bar and is fully equipped with top of the range stainless steel appliances and accessories including pans, utensils and a full dinner service. For your convenience, there is a washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.
The master bedroom suite includes a king size bed and a bathroom with a bath tub, large walk in shower enclosure, twin washbasins and a separate toilet closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a bathroom with washbasin, separate bath tub/shower and toilet. The third bedroom has two double size beds and a bathroom with washbasin, bath tub/shower and toilet. All the bedrooms have ample storage and hanging space. Each bedroom is equipped with remote flat screen TV.
Reunion Resort is just 10 minutes from Walt Disney Theme Park and only 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO)
