“TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT COMPANY!!!!”

Response from the manager We are sorry to hear of your disappointment. The home owner does take great pride in this home and are continually making upgrades. Every year items of furniture are replaced and upgraded on an ongoing basis. Unfortunately there can occasionally be mechanical failure of items such as appliances out of our control. We have a local team available 7 days a week to address any concerns guests report during their stay. We do our best be as responsive as possible as we understand the urgency when guests are on vacation. I can see you called on the 26th to report the dishwasher was blocked and so one of our technicians was at the home at 10 am next day when they cleaned the filter and reported it was left working. Then you called again on the 1st so we sent another technician back to check. They again cleaned the filter and reported that it looked like the dishes in there had a lot of left over food on them as they had not been rinsed into the garbage disposal prior to being loaded into the dishwasher, so they cleaned out the filter again. They tested the dishwasher and again it was left working so they thought that was all it was. But then on the 4th the dishwasher was reported as blocked again, so we installed a new one. It could be that something like a wine glass broke and then pieces of this blocked the pump. We apologize for this inconvenience. I can see from our records that the downstairs carpets were steam cleaned in January not long before your arrival and the rest have since been cleaned again. The majority of the vacation homes in Reunion do back onto the golf course. This is one of the main reasons guests choose Reunion over other resorts in the area. As this provides more privacy, fantastic views and more peace and quiet in comparison to other resorts in the area where the majority of homes back onto each other. We're sorry to hear a golf ball came into the pool area, this is rare but could be a possibility at any home that backs onto a golf course. I can see you reported an issue with the Wifi and we sent one of our technicians right away to test it. It was found to be working well in the majority of the home but there was an area upstairs that had an issue. We then contacted Century Link the internet provider to remotely re-set the system to correct it. Our property managers that carry out a pre-arrival check did test the Wi-fi prior to you checking in and it was working ok then. Again we apologize for the inconvenience this caused.

Very nice home with great amenities such as pool, game room, movie theater, bar-b-q, etc. .Home in great condition with very nice decor and furnishings.
