This Key West-style custom home is located in the Fairway Ridge North neighborhood, of the desirable west side of Reunion Resort. This neighborhood is surrounded by the beautiful landscape of the Jack Nicklaus Tradition golf course. Reunion Resort is only 6 miles to the gates of Disney®!
The fully equipped luxury kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and white cabinets. There are a large granite island and breakfast bar. The open planned living area has a dining area with seating for twelve. Then, two large doors lead out to the spacious pool deck.
The large 22ft x 17ft pool and spillover spa back onto the conservation and the golf course, the ideal setting to relax and soak up the Florida sun. For those that like al-fresco dining there is a table with seating for 6.
Kids will love the amazing Harry Potter themed games/theater room complete with air conditioning, equipped with an air jocky table and a multi arcade game machine featuring some of the favorite classic games.
Upstairs the home has beautiful wooden flooring in the second living area that has a TV and seating for 4. For your convenience upstairs there is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
All of this is located in the exclusive Reunion Resort. A truly beautiful place with world-class amenities such as infinity pools, full-service spa, scenic walking trails, fitness center, on-site fine dining, kids activities and much more.

A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.

There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Pool heat is available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar.

The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
This property is self-catering, it is the guests' responsibility to replenish items such as toiletries.
Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
