Enjoy the winter of the Costa del Sol, with its days of sunshine and pleasant temperatures with the heated swimming pool heated from 25th of Sept.to May 25th The House is situated on a small hill, above sea level, hence the magnificent sea views from all terraces and from 3 of the 5 bedrooms. The House is modern and is furnished in a modern and functional style. The pool operates all year, . Pool cleaning is done every 4 days prior appointment with the tenant... The pool and the House are not shared, only is for tenants who are currently housed in the House. Wi-Fi is free The total capacity of the house is up to 15 people

Due to the multitude of offers, sites and beaches to visit on the Costa del Sol, the owner recommended to rent cars at the airport, be sent links to book car

It is a very quiet and residential area, but at the same time, very well communicated and 900 metres from the beach. It has a 70 square meters terrace with view to the sea, sunsets and breathtaking sunsets, as well as the garden and the private swimming pool of 8 x 4 meters. Also the House has 5 rooms very spacious with Air Conditioned and heating, all exterior 3 of them with seawiews , a great lounge with a sofa bed with Tv of 50" Smart tv ¨ and WIFI (free of charge )

A terrace of 70 meters equipped with table, chairs and awnings electric to enjoy comfortably. One great kitchen very well equipped with a terrace of 30 meters with BBQ , with direct access to the private swimming pool. A games room of 40 metres with billiards, table football and darts. The comfort of having a great supermarket beside the House, to only 600 meters, with level of ' great surface ' with free delivery to address.

I will hand over the keys and show the house and its operation to the tenants I live 15 minutes from the house, but I'm available 24 hours, plus I attend and report by wassaps for the maintenance and chlorination of the pool, which is done every 4 days, I ask to meet the tenant although it is usually in the morning first thing in the morning
