Description
Underwater green fishing light, private lighted pier on Copano Bay and great sunsets! Sit in backyard and site cast as the fish swim through the green glow from the underwater fishing light. Available for short term stays as well as monthly rates for Winter Texans.
There are 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths upstairs. Beds include king, queen and 2 twin beds. The main living and cooking areas are upstairs. The 3rd bedroom suite is downstairs. It includes a full sized bed, 2 twin beds, flat screen TV, and a sitting area and a full bath with a walk in shower.
This home sits on a small point on the eastern shore of Copano Bay. You are right on the bay...not on a canal - with a wonderful view of the sunset. Step from the kitchen through French doors onto your deck. The bay is at your feet. Down the stairs, a dozen or more steps across the yard and you are on the pier. In front of you is open water with the far shore miles away, barely in sight. It's the perfect family fishing spot - everything you need is right here.
You have your own private lighted fishing pier right in your backyard all to yourself. The pier has two benches, dual level platforms and a cleaning station with power and water. You have a 1200w high intensity fishing light which really brings in the fish at night! Access to a boat ramp is nearby at the causeway. Dolphin's Point is located right on the bay and in the heart of some the best saltwater fishing in the state.
Beautifully landscaped with privacy in mind, this house sits on an extra large lot. Catch trout, flounder, redfish, shrimp and crab from your private pier. Feed the seagulls from the deck and watch the beautiful blue herons hunt the shallows.
Dolphin's Point has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with cable TV and a DVD player. All cooking utensils are provided as well as bed linens and towels. Please bring your own beach towels. Central air and heat, free wireless high speed internet access. Bring food, clothes, and personal items and get ready to relax!
Drink coffee in the shade every morning and toast the sunset over the bay at night. The palm trees, the fishing, the view, and the soft air of the Gulf Coast will relax you. Our home is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Enjoy your meals out in the open overlooking the bay. Spend the day beachcombing Padre Island then spend the nights fishing our private pier under the lights.

“Fun fishing for red drum and spotted sea trout”
Wonderful location on Copano Bay. It was great having my own private fishing pier. I have stayed here twice and the fishing has been excellent both times.
