Villa Tihana

Luxury sea front detached house for 8 persons with outdoor pool 8x4 meters, 4 bedrooms(en-suite), 4 bathrooms.

The house is 5 meters from the pebble beach suitable for children.

It has a south orientation facing the sea. It is located in quiet surroundings. Detached holiday house for 8 people, 5 meters from the sea with heating private outdoor pool.

Outside heated swimming pool is 8x4m (depth 1 to 1,5 meters, suitable for children and non experienced swimmers). The water in the pool is chlorine-free. The pool is for sole use of the guests.

Pool furniture includes: 4 sunbeds, sunshades, outside shower. Outside barbecue, 4 parking spaces in the courtyard.

Property has a big terrace 28m² and pool terrace 80sq.m with beautiful sea view.

The house is located in Kanica which is 12 km away from Rogoznica and 50km away from the city of Split. Nearest airport is Airport Split 25km.

Every bedroom and living room has a separate air conditioning device. Total number of air conditioning devices is 5.

You will be alone in the house, the owners live in another house in Solin (Split) 50 km away.

Owners sea KAYAK Malibu Two XL for use FREE.

Owners Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) for use FREE.

PRIVATE beach in front of the house.

PEBBLE BEACH in front of the house suitable for children.

PLAYROOM for children on the pool terrace.
