Description
This is a Spacious 2 Bedroom apartment with large terrace of 42 square metres, On the first floor in central Roquetas De Mar just 50 metres from the beach, on a complex with outside communal swimming pool (open in summer only) and green areas. Close to all amenities shops & supermarkets, banks, pharmacy & doctors, bars & restaurants.
Fully fitted kitchen ( oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine etc)
The TV in English is by the Wi-Fi which has Netflix, Sky Sports, BT Sports, a wide selection of Sky and free view channels as well as TV series and Films, and Spanish, DVD & CD player. Free Wi-Fi. The apartment has full Air-conditioning & Ceiling Fans.
The apartment has 2 Double Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Lounge, Dining room, Kitchen.
The Large Terrace has Sun Loungers, Parasols, Table & Chairs, the terrace gets the sun all year round, you can get to the terrace from the Lounge & dining room
The harbour is nearby for local seafood/fish restaurants.
We can arrange transfers to and from the airport. How to get there Ryanair and Jet2 fly from Stansted, EasyJet from Gatwick. To get to the apartment you can into Almeria, Malaga & Murcia.
Smoking allowed only on terrace.
All rooms have individually controlled air con/heating. Towels supplied are for internal use only you need to bring your own beach towels.
If you do hire a car, you can visit the Castle in Almeria, Mojacar, The Mountains, Granada for the Alhambra Palace or go to Tabernas Mini Hollywood theme park where numerous spaghetti westerns were filmed.
Reductions are available for longer stays.
there are bikes for hire as well as 3/4 & 5 seater family bikers, or take a tour of the resort on the land train.

“Superb apartment”
Spacious apartment in excellent location for bars, restaurants and shops. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is well equipped with everything you need for your holiday. It has alarge terrace complete with furniture which gets sun from morning till evening. Would highly. recommend Only one minor drawback the pools are not always open as stated

Arrived Sept 12th-26th.Was really pleased with apartment at first look.Not disappointed with anything. Great position every facility one needs.Right in the centre Serena resort beautiful area of Roquetas. Owner provides lots of information on where to eat drink shops etc.Will be going back.

“Wonderful stay”
Stayed at the Al Baida apartment for 4 weeks from mid October. Steve, the owner, sent the keys well in advance, along with guidance from the airport direct to the apartment door, along with all the information we needed about the running of the apartment, contact numbers etc. The apartment itself is very spacious, well equipped and maintained. There is a huge sunny balcony and numerous sunbeds and chairs. The apartment is in a very central part of Roquetas. No need for a car unless you wish to travel further afield. I would definitely book this apartment again and hope it is available when we wish to return in 2017, can't wait.

“Lovely apartment in a great location”
We love this apartment, it's like home from home. This has been our 6th time staying here and will definitely be returning. The location, the huge terrace, shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Steve the owner (lovely chap) is really helpful, with details of the area and local amenities. We have recommended the apartment to friends and relations, they came, loved it as much as we did and since returned. This apartment is perfect for families, friends and couples, in a prime location, it suits all and we cannot praise it enough! If you get the chance, we recommend a visit to Cullar's tapas bar, it's popular, the tapas is delicious, it's one of our favourites! Al Baida will not disappoint.
