Two bedroom, two bathroom, remodeled and fully furnished condo on the beachfront in beautiful Mexico. Exclusive condo community BBQ, picnic and playground area overlooking the ocean is available for your use and enjoyment. Condo complex is located very near the U.S. border in Playas de Tijuana just 15 miles north of Rosarito Beach and less than a 10 minute drive from the U.S. border. Situated on the top (5th) floor, it offers panoramic views of the ocean, mountains and town nearby. Custom made marble dining room table and living room coffee table. Tastefully appointed artwork. Oven, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, trash compactor, coffee maker, popcorn air-popper, and fully equipped kitchen. Tankless water heater for unlimited hot water. Small balcony with 180 degree views from the ocean to the city. Playground, tables and barbecue on-site in the common area all overlooking the ocean. Ceiling fan/lights in living room and each bedroom. Small, portable plug in heater. Porcelain tile floors in a wood motif that looks like real hardwood floors. Dining room table seats 4 with wood/leather chairs. Just steps away to the sand and ocean. Beautiful sunset, ocean, San Diego, island and mountain views galore. Televisions with DVD players in living room and one bedroom. VHS player in living room. Movie library for your viewing enjoyment. Living room and one bedroom wired for digital broadcast television. Ample closets and dresser storage. Alarm clock radios in both bedrooms. Boogie Board, cooler, and one beach chair is available for use. Ample street parking for multiple vehicles. Master bedroom has an electric bed with vibrating massage and magnetic mattress pad to soothe any aches or pains. Enjoy breakfast in bed, movies or reading in bed at your preferred comfort adjustment. The elevator is out of order making the unit not accessible for disabled persons unable to climb stairs.
Have fun on your vacation! Note that this is NOT a hotel. It is a single condominium in a large complex. There is no daily maid service, housekeeping services, or guest lobby with attendant on duty. Every effort will be made to insure that you have a starter set of toilet paper. Beds will be made with clean sheets and there are 6 clean towels and 2 washcloths. Laundromat down the street for your convenience. Please bring everything else you may need. Fortunately, there is a convenient store across the street should you forget or need anything.
Smoking allowed on balcony only. Alternatively, go to the beautiful beach or boardwalk for a smoke. ANY DAMAGE FROM SMOKING WILL COST YOU DEARLY. No candles because they are a fire hazard and spilled melted wax causes damages.
Don’t sit on coffee table or put anything heavy on it otherwise it will crack and break.
No pets.
Don’t place anything on glass surfaces that may cause it to break.
Don’t lean or sit on dining room table as it is not affixed to the base and may break.
Before sliding the vertical blinds open, first gently open the louvers so that they are completely perpendicular to the window opening. Then gently slide the blind to open. To close the blinds, verify that the louvers are perpendicular to the window, gently close, and then adjust the louvers as desired.

In a plastic bag, there is a bed sheet for beach use. Please shake off all sand outdoors and return it folded in the bag.
Note that this is a 3rd world country. Sometimes there are problems with government provided electric, water, and sewer. Unfortunately, these are all out of the control by all the recipients of these utility services. As this is not a large 5 star commercial hotel, there are no backup generators or alternative water supplies. No liability will be accepted for any consequential or inconsequential damages whatsoever. There are no refunds as these utility services are the full responsibility of the Mexican government. Should utilities be interrupted, enjoy the quiet time or get out and see Mexico.
Because of fluctuations in government furnished voltage, it may sometimes be necessary to hard boot the internet cable modem to reset it. Trundle bed equivalent to two single (twin) beds in the living room; one slides out from the bottom of the upper bed. LEAVE THE LOWER BED IN THE LOW POSITION. DO NOT RAISE IT AS SERIOUS INJURY MAY OCCUR AS IT WAS DESIGNED VERY POORLY.
