Description

The apartment is completely new and well equipped. It is very welcoming and can accommodate 4 people. Guests have access to a beautiful garden where there is a barbecue, a table with chairs, deck chairs and umbrellas. In front of the apartment there is free parking and a playground. The apartment is located in a quiet area near the city center (15 min walk) and the beach (5 min walk). Each bedroom has air conditioning and TV (Italian, German programs). There is a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, WI-FI, toster. In the apartment there are towels, sheets, toilet paper and soap. The tourist tax, registration and final cleaning of the apartment are included in the price.

“Appartement très agréable et propriétaires très sympathiques.”

Situé près du centre ville (5 minutes en voiture, 15 minutes à pied), et à cinq minutes de la plage. Appartement très bien équipé et très propre, quartier calme, jardin , barbecue. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour: ville magnifique, plages nombreuses. Beaucoup de choses intéressantes à visiter dans la région (Porèc, Pula ne sont pas loin). Un très grand merci à Ornella et toute la famille pour leur accueil, leur générosité (bouteille de vin ,des fruits et légumes du jardin, des conseils, un tour de la ville et environs à notre arrivée dans la voiture d'Ornella), et leur sourire. Grazie mille per tutto, baci a Ornella, il suo marito, , senza dimenticare la loro figlia, e anche la nonna. Forse ci vediamo una prossima volta!

How do damage deposits work?
