Description
L 'apartment and' completely new and well-equipped. It 'very welcoming and can' accommodate from 2 to 4 people. Guests have access to a beautiful garden where there is a barbecue, table and chairs, lounge chairs and umbrellas. In front of the apartment there is' free parking and a park giochi.L 'apartment is located near the city center' (15 min walk) and the beach (5 min walk) .The apartment has air conditioner, washing machine, TV (Italian, German programs), hair dryer, dishwasher, microwave, iron and ironing board, WI-FI, toaster and everything you need (sheets and towels' toilet paper , soap) .The tourist tax, registration and the final cleaning are included in the price.
